Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the leather repair compounds, dyes, or tools are in their original, unopened packaging and securely box them to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange product within 3-5 business days.
